As an employee at FCA, I am in charge of various missions to meet the needs of the agency, such as community management and web creation.
Since joining Discord in 2016, I have developed a real passion for online communities. This passion allowed me to be interested in the field of web design, which finally led me to launch myself into entrepreneurship to put my skills at the service.
Creation of Aide Jeune
In 2021, I started one of my great adventures with Armand Diotel by creating Aide Jeune, which focuses on mutual aid, and was both a personal and professional source of inspiration.
In recent years, I have contributed to the development of the Aide Jeune association. This experience allowed me to acquire new skills in project management and volunteer management, with around twenty volunteers, working to ensure the smooth operation of the project, helping hundreds of people each year.
Soccer referee — FFF
In 2021, I also decided to take up the challenge of becoming a Young Soccer Referee. This experience taught me how to manage stress and the importance of communication in complex situations.
We sometimes forget that the referee is the essential player in the match. Knowing the rules of the game is one thing, but knowing how to apply them and react in a split second and effectively is another in order to ensure the smooth running of the match and to maintain a smooth game.

In 2022, I joined the HugoDécrypte moderation team, where I contributed to maintaining a healthy and positive environment for the online community.
Discord administrator — ESTAC
In October 2023, I was tasked with renovating the ESTAC Discord server, a soccer club that has proven itself in Ligue 1 and Ligue 2. This experience allows me to put my skills in community management and project organization into practice.
