Media Assistant

My time on Discord started in 2020 when I set up Aide Réseaux, a project built to help content creators find their feet on social media. It deepened my interest in running online communities, and it was the beginning of my working life in the digital world, where invention and creativity sit behind everything I take on.

Background and early work

In 2020 I founded a project called Aide Réseaux. It set out to help people starting on social media to make work worth watching. In 2022 the project reached another level by becoming a Discord partner.

Alongside that I gained experience moderating and running various communities, and I also administered the community of the creator Cossi.

Between them, these gave me a solid grounding in the Discord platform.

Three men pose together on a sand dune by the sea, arms around each other's shoulders, looking relaxed. Behind them, water and dunes stretch into the distance. The sky is cloudy, which gives the scene a calm, natural feel.

What I believe

I hold that invention and creativity are the foundations of multimedia work. Helping each other sits at the centre of how I work too, whether on a project or day to day. Those beliefs have guided me throughout, in personal projects as much as professional ones.

Studies

I am currently studying for a BUT in Multimedia and Internet at an IUT, following an interest in making things digitally. As part of my course I am on placement at FCA, where I put what I have learned into practice. The placement is a chance to keep building my skills and to work out which direction I want to take in digital creation.

Outside work

Away from the digital world, I am keen on sport. I have played tennis, swum and played badminton, and recently found a real enthusiasm for volleyball. That one taught me how much a team depends on holding together and moving as one.

I am also drawn to music, the piano in particular, which I have played for around ten years. The instrument is where I recharge, and where I find and stretch my own creativity.

A volleyball player mid-serve on a beach at sunset. The ball hangs in the air as he stretches to strike it, sand lifting slightly under his feet. Behind him the water is calm and the sun is dropping towards the horizon, casting golden light across the scene. The sky is clear and beginning to warm in colour.
