As president of the agency, I work on building our culture and setting the direction for the team. My own story started on Discord in 2017, moving from ambassador to certified moderator, then to freelance administrator for names such as Louis Vuitton. A student entrepreneur in Rennes, I am drawn to anything new.
Professional background
My path through Discord began as an ambassador back in January 2017, which let me get deep into this particular community and build relationships that lasted. In October 2020 my work was recognised when Discord made me a certified moderator, a role that prepared me for what came next. Between September 2022 and December 2023 I worked freelance, administering several Discord servers for well-known brands. Alongside that, an entrepreneurial streak led me to register as a student entrepreneur at the university of Rennes, specialising in business management and innovation.
Experience and what I have built
In 2018 I took a big step and founded Discord FR, a news site about Discord. The project came out of wanting to share knowledge, news and new ideas with the French-speaking community. I also own RaidProtect, the most widely used Discord security bot in France. Building it says something about where I stand on safety and on the quality of what people experience on Discord.
My career has been marked by work with well-regarded names, notably as administrator for the Discord servers of Louis Vuitton since September 2023, Ligue 1 Uber Eats since February 2023, and Game One since October 2022. These have deepened what I know about running communities, and confirmed that I can start and sustain lively online spaces for brands people know worldwide.
How I work
I hold firmly that people belong at the centre of every relationship, whether that is inside the team or outside it with our clients and their communities. Teaching sits at the heart of how I see moderation: education and conversation are what build online spaces that are positive and open. Being able to adapt to very different situations and to take the initiative, along with a good deal of physical stamina, is what defines how I lead and how I run projects.
Away from work
When I am not deep in Discord or steering the agency, I am an adventurer at heart. Keen on travel and extreme sports, I am always looking to push a little further and to see new places. Those experiences widen how I see the world and feed the creative direction I bring to the agency.
