Managing Director

As Managing Director of FCA, I look after day-to-day operations and the smooth running of every one of our services, so that projects succeed, the team works well together and each client brief is delivered cleanly. I am committed to building a strong brand and to lasting relationships with our partners, while keeping a habit of invention alive and holding to a client experience with nothing to apologise for.

I arrived on Discord in 2017, and my interest in online communities and in communication took root quickly. That pull towards online spaces led me to start Aide Jeune, an initiative that showed where I stand on building engaged digital communities and putting effective communication to work. That first project laid the ground for my path as an entrepreneur, and settled my view on what invention means in digital communication.

Starting Aide Jeune

With Aide Jeune I laid the foundations of a community built on helping one another, right at the start of my time in this field. The project sharpened how I manage digital communities and showed me what good communication can do for the bonds people form online. I worked to make a place where exchange and learning together come first, and where constructive conversation shows its worth.

Widening my experience with HugoDécrypte

In January 2022, working with HugoDécrypte widened what I do, contributing as moderation coordinator and Discord administrator. The experience refined how I lead a team and strengthened an open community spirit, which in turn deepened how involved members were.

Academic recognition and entrepreneurship

2023-2024 brought my entrepreneurial ambitions into focus with the Statut National Étudiant-Entrepreneur (SNEE) from Pépite Bretagne and enrolment for a degree at the university of Rennes, alongside a BTS in Communication. Both deepened my grasp of entrepreneurship and of strategic communication.

What I believe, and its effect

My view puts mutual help and the human side of things at the centre of building positive digital spaces. Aide Jeune and my role at HugoDécrypte both come from believing that education and open conversation are what an engaged community rests on.

Life outside work, and where the ideas come from

Away from work, my life is filled with sport, road cycling, swimming, sailing and skiing in particular. These are not simply distractions: they keep me energetic, inventive and open to new ways of seeing things, which feeds back into how I approach the professional side.

Through all of this I try to keep pushing at what is possible in digital communication and entrepreneurship, driven by a wish to invent, to involve people and to make a real difference in the digital world.
